Martyn Cottle

Martyn Cottle

Martyn Cottle is the Director and Founder of Keystone Valuers. With over a decade of experience as a property valuation specialist in both New Zealand and NSW, Australia, Martyn is a registered property valuer and specialises in residential and rural property valuation.

Martyn has an intricate understanding of the local Northland property market having lived here for over 20 years.  He brings a broad range of previous career skills and experiences, a combination that gives him a vast set of skills to call upon when valuing property. As well as being qualified as a land survey draughtsman, he was a contract builder and later a managing director of a large window manufacturing business.

Since selling the business, Martyn completed a BAppSC degree in Rural Valuation and Farm Management from Massey University while employed by Telfer Young Northland.  In 2011 he was recruited as senior valuer by Herron Todd White at Albury, New South Wales where high volume mortgage security valuations were undertaken. After six years he and his family returned to Whangarei and Telfer Young until establishing Keystone Trading Ltd t/a Keystone Valuers.

 

Campbell Clarke

Campbell Clarke

Campbell Clarke is a Graduate Valuer at Keystone Valuers, holding a Bachelor of Business (Property) from Massey University, completed in 2024. He is currently working towards becoming a Registered Valuer, with plans to achieve registration in 2027.

Campbell has a strong understanding of the Northland property market, having lived here most of his life and also owning property here. He and his young family returned to Whangarei in late 2022 after spending two years working in Auckland. In addition to his property-focused qualifications, Campbell holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing from the University of Auckland. This background enhances his expertise in business and provides valuable insights into market trends and client needs.
